Process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week.
I sent an email to the HR I found on LinkedIn, got the reply 2 days after, and received OA after a week. Haven't started the OA, nor the next step if there's any, will update after finishing it.

Pros: Flat organization, outstanding collaboration between teams, priorities are clear, very little politics. The company truly cares about the employees, and the benefits package illustrates that point.
Cons: The work can be challenging (this could also be a pro) and sometimes, due to the situation, you can work a lot of extra hours. But that is not the normal case.
