The weirdest interview I ever had in my life. The guy didn't even switch his camera on and started bombarding me from minute one with questions about my current company (a competitor of Nvidia in the automotive industry).
After he was done with his questions, he said, "I'm done," and closed the meeting.

Pros: Flat organization, outstanding collaboration between teams, priorities are clear, very little politics. The company truly cares about the employees and the benefits package illustrates that point.
Cons: The work can be challenging (this could also be a pro) and sometimes, due to the situation, you can work a lot of extra hours. But, that is not the normal case.
