The first round phone screen lasted about 50 minutes. There were 10 minutes to discuss my resume, 30 minutes for Linux kernel questions, and 10 minutes for C questions. Most of the questions were yes or no, but they were kind of tricky.

Cons: Projects can move slowly, and the flat management structure can make things disorganized.
