Process
The interview process involved three stages: a written test, a technical interview, and an HR interview. The HR interview was optional.
The written test covered topics such as timing analysis, computer architecture, and FIFOs. I felt the written test was good, although time was limited.
The technical interview focused mainly on computer architecture. Some candidates were also asked C programming puzzles. The HR interview was easy.
