Great work/life blend & balance
After working at Apple for 10 years and getting micromanaged almost to death, Nvidia is way better. They blend work and life healthily. A classic example: I bring my dog to work. Flexible schedules, hands-off management – the list goes on. I love Nvidia!
The very thin management means you need to manage yourself. Reach out to management for help.
But as a later-in-career ("old guy") engineer and expert in my field, it works great for me.
