I have not experienced any cons.
Had two interviews. One was heavy on hardware, PC knowledge, as well as general behavioral and resume questions. It was more of a conversation. The other was simple LeetCode and hardware-related problem solving.
I was told it would be a phone interview, but it turned out to be a video call. Consequently, it didn't go well. The interviewer was also busy and not very friendly. So, I would say it didn't go well.
