Received a call from HR to schedule an initial phone interview. The hiring manager was very nice and informative about the company and the responsibilities of this position. It seemed like a good place to work.

E-mail to confirm availability, followed by 2 phone interviews to gauge the interviewee's knowledge. On-site interview with 5 interviewers, each getting 45 minutes. Questions ranged from basic electronics to real-life problems to solve.

First, LeetCode questions. Then, 1-on-1 technical and personal questions about QA in general, like API and other tools used in the automation process, such as Docker or Jira, and other things.
