Received a call from HR to schedule an initial phone interview. The hiring manager was very nice and informative about the company and the responsibilities of this position. It seemed like a good place to work.

E-mail to confirm availability, followed by 2 phone interviews to gauge the interviewee's knowledge. On-site interview with 5 interviewers, each getting 45 minutes. Questions ranged from basic electronics to real-life problems to solve.

Online interview. First, there will be a coding test qualification, but I failed at this stage. The coding test included several problems, such as: * Bit manipulation * Algorithms * String operations * Intermediate sliding window problems. I was give
