Difficult to take leave when we want. We are expected to work on most weekends, with 60-70 hours per week of work expected. Pay rises are very low. Understaffed teams and too aggressive deadlines contribute to the issues. The same profile in the US gets paid way more and they don't work on weekends – it's very unfair.
If you want a 24x7 design cycle, please get enough staff to take care of work on weekends.
