Not a good place for intelligent people. Most of the good people have started leaving. Only those who are discarded by the outside world are staying here long, because they have no choice.

Managers are pathetic. HRs are a bunch of fools at Bangalore. Managers have no work, other than some useless talk.

I have seen many people very angry at managers, but they don't show their irritation, as there is no one to hear them.

For most of the managers at Bangalore, senior managers are in HQ. So, they don't have a clue what's going on. They are easily bluffed by Indian managers.

Bring in some intelligent HRs and managers, who have some skills. Otherwise, all the good people will leave soon.
