A great learning experience at a very enthusiastic company
The people are great. All of my coworkers were extremely helpful when needed. My manager noticed I was an independent worker and assigned tasks that I could do mostly independently.
Subsidized lunch and dinner were great, and the work was challenging.
Depending on the team you are on, sometimes the work can be boring.
Subsidized meals can get repetitive, and the location is a bit of a drive from some decent places.
I have no specific advice for upper management. In my experience, they have done a good job. The only suggestion I would have is that some of their internal infrastructure used for development could use some improvements.
