The community is welcoming. The way NV operates cannot be compared to a "traditional" company. People are treated as equals. You can walk up to anybody and talk to them without feeling bad. Nobody wants to avoid work; everybody works towards the same goal. Your work is appreciated, no matter the scale of it.
