Great for driven candidates who want to make a difference to the company on their own. It is understaffed, which indirectly means the job is somewhat secured. Very open leadership and a "fail and pick up" culture, which is great for learners.

Occasionally work is swamped. It's very busy work and there's a lot of understaffing.

The process could be somewhat better, with a severe lack of documentation or "BS" documentation in rare cases.

Lacking motivators from management can be a problem since work is more self-driven.

Improve processes within the company. Strive for better documentation. Motivate your direct reports, as they are pushing very hard to tame the technological beast.
