Not really much to appreciate except the ok salary. The company participates in community activities, has some ok-ok designs, and technology.
Poor management, some of the meanest people around. Pathetic execution in most of the projects. People aren't sincere and it feels like a sweatshop.
Take better care of good engineers and provide reverse feedback for management. Involve them with more challenging product designs and technology.
