Work culture is very good. Very flexible timings.
Many people have dreams of getting into NVIDIA, and they work very hard to do so. However, the management does not consider talent; rather, they consider college background. Management prefers BITS people and treats them as gods, while treating people from other colleges as if they are insignificant. They pay BITS people very highly when compared to others. They take BITS interns without any interviews and make them permanent.
Please consider other students who are really talented other than those from BITS.
There are many students who are dreaming about Nvidia, not only from IITs, NITs, and IIITs.
Without taking an interview, you cannot judge a person and determine they are not talented.
At least give all students a chance to prove themselves.
Also, you know that those who join as freshers (B.Tech) will leave for MS. Then, why do you want to have such candidates?
It was an online interview. After asking hardware-related questions, they moved on to basic software questions like time complexity and some puzzles. The software focus was more, which was something I didn't prepare for.
