I am not sure whether I can specifically say something here. It is a very good place to work, as much as I know. Maybe salaries can be increased more on the review.

I met nVidia at our college career fair, and they were handing out pretests in order for us to be able to hand in our resumes. The employees I met were very professional in attitude, and were definitely not tyros of the trade.
