Good place to work, except for the long hours
The pay is above average for the industry. Work hours are flexible, unless you have to go to meetings, of course. Another upside is you get to experience many different types of jobs, moving around from team to team. You don't just get stuck with a very specific job.
You must put in a lot of hours. You will definitely have to work overtime, and you are expected to. Employees staying until midnight is not an uncommon occurrence.
Allow more time for employees to breathe. Overall, though, I do enjoy the culture here.
