Long hours.
Management can be a hit or miss. I interned there twice for two different hardware roles.
In my first role, my manager was great – put me in a position to succeed, gave me good mentorship, and recognized my accomplishments.
During my second term there, my new manager was awful, providing little to no guidance, no recognition of individual efforts/accomplishments, and consistently yelling at team members.
