During COVID, they provided equipment so I was able to work at home. The pay was very good. The job was tedious but not hard.
People are busy. Always be in contact, even if they can't get to you.
Some of their information, like "how to side-load an Android phone?", is outdated or lacks basic instructions. YouTube is your best friend here.
