Amazing company to work for, one of the best, if not the best, with the following aspects:
- Salary: If you leave the company, it is good.
- Stocks: A lot of them are worth it.
- Stock plans to invest in.
- Everything is free to learn (Udemy, LinkedIn, etc.).
- New building with a cool design.
- You're changing the world!
A lot of stress. Some rude people. If you move internal, they will treat you with low priority. Not a pleasant move, with a very low salary and stocks. Not fair.
We need to work on the internal move operation; it's very bad.
Why pay a lower price if moved internally than external new employees with no experience?
