Pros

NVIDIA has a lot more R&D invested in their development technologies. Their cards can achieve similar performance to AMD equivalents at a much lower power consumption, resulting in better cooling and also better overclocking potential.

Cons

Absence of a top-selling device: The Tegra mobile chips, which NVIDIA manufactures, have not found their way into a best-seller like the iPhone.

GPU slowdown: The GPU business, which makes up half of the company's revenue, experienced some hiccups in the previous quarter.

Advice to Management

Management is easy to work with and willing to support their employees. All coworkers are extremely helpful and have the desire to see one another succeed. I do not have anything to report, as they are a wonderful organization and so easy to work for.
