The appraisal process is not at all transparent.
Salary is not at par with the industry standard.
Frequent road map changes.
Top management has no clue what they are doing.
Cost cutting measures are everywhere and very apparent.
Some of the senior management people are just there to draw salary without adding any real value.
Marketing team is unable to market some of the best performing products.
Please get your acts straight, else you will be losing great people, which is already happening at an alarming rate.
Get a better marketing team.
