Very good pay. Good employee benefits. Challenging work.
Overtime schedules have become very aggressive, almost to the point of being unrealistic. It is very difficult to maintain sanity and work-life balance.
Chip managers need to be aware of the overall morale of the team. Too much overlap of projects and constant execution pressure sucks the fun out of the work.
