There was no phone screen; an engineer called me over for an on-site interview. Less than 45 minutes into the interview, the engineer lost interest and kept talking about what they do and whatnot. The interview was a complete waste of my time.
It was good. They asked some technical questions about C++ and low-level systems. Then we went over OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts. He was genuinely nice and interested to hear about my experience.
