NVIDIA is quite demanding. You should expect to work many more hours than at other Silicon Valley companies.
Compensation is below where it should be, especially considering how demanding the company is.
- Increase compensation for engineers.
- Make the annual review and performance more formalized and fairer.
- Be more transparent with employees about where the company is going and how it is doing in the market.
