Great work culture. Good work/life balance. Free lunch. You can find groups playing cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball twice every week. Lots of machine learning enthusiasts and initiatives (but most of them will not be funded projects).
Unfortunately, I am on the infrastructure team and my work is not that challenging. It's a bit hard to move across major teams.
