I haven't been with the company very long, about 4 months, but I haven't seen anything I would call a big negative yet. One thing is that there are a lot of different teams, so the experience for new hires can vary. I am on a team of engineers that don't meet up regularly, so I had to learn early on how to search the various collaboration tools for information. Other teams are run more like typical scrum teams with daily meetings.
