Applied online and received a response after 1 1/2 months to set up an interview. There was one technical phone interview. The questions were moderate, and I wrote code that was efficient and working (I even tested it). The evaluation seemed unfair

I met them at GDC after one of their presentations and talked to three people. They later became my coworker, boss, and my boss's boss. They followed up with a phone interview, then flew me out for an onsite interview.
