Good benefits and team culture, with a WFH option.
No cons as such here.
1 manager round, 1 engineer round followed by 6 on-site virtual interviews. The interview process was long and stretched out for weeks. Overall, the HR could have been more proactive and a lot of steps could have been done faster IMO.
There are 7 cycles for the interview process. One interviewer will call you each week. They will discuss basic Linux kernel driver questions and problems. After the technical interview process is completed, HR will contact you to discuss salary.
There were a total of five technical rounds and one managerial round. Out of the five, one was conducted by a member of the USA main team. They did not conduct my fifth round; I guess I did well in the fourth round.
