• Your initiatives and ideas are heard and welcome.

• Crazy workload & work tempo. This mostly comes from deadlines being pulled in more and more, and tasks coming up at short notice. This seems to get worse over time.

Managers can't do anything about it, as it comes from the top layers. So working overtime is almost unavoidable and expected of you, obviously leading to poor work-life balance.

• Another thing, specific to Poland, is that the company does not provide KUP (tax deduction scheme for IT), which results in a big chunk of your salary being eaten by a 32% Polish income tax.
