- Flexible working hours.
- Gem Engineers.
- Ample slack time to take another job or relax if you are not that ambitious.
- Good products.
- ESOP and RSUs.
- Bad management.
- Very limited opportunities.
- No skill/value enhancement.
- No clear definition of career growth.
- Ultimate politics.
- Lots of local policies prevail, tailored by local site leaders.
- HR department is almost non-functional. I don't understand why Nvidia has hired them either.
- Employees are not respected and rewarded well unless they are a favorite of their manager (going to smoke together would help you become a favorite).
- Waste and spineless managers.
- Not so good pay.
- You would be demotivated during appraisal, being told you didn't do something great and hence no hike or promotion for you, despite you having done all that was required.
Improve HR policies and have a better roadmap for products. Respect employees and define proper career paths.
