Bad management, all idiots sitting at your head. They do their work by asking you how to do it. Food is not good. Unnecessary pressure is created sometimes at work.
No advice, they are idiots and will remain that way. Keep sleeping and keep listening to US counterparts and come in pressure. Their goal is to give satisfaction to US people.
