Nvidia does not have any pros.
Indian management is dummy. All is controlled by their bosses in the US. The management does not have a spine to speak over an issue. Apart from that, you spend your precious time installing the OS over and over again. Most of the occasion, you work on bugs. Soon, you will forget whatever you learned in college. Very few companies work in the domain in which NVIDIA is working. It is difficult to switch jobs if you stick there for too long. You can join NVIDIA if you are very innovative about how to kill your time.
