- Interesting, cutting-edge work.
- In a long career, this is the first time my manager devotes some time to discuss career development during our 1:1s.
- Some processes in place slow down fellow engineers' productivity and speed of development. Not so much a con as an observation regarding the pace of work typical of a large, mature company.
