The COVID-19 response was well thought out, and the company is still moving at nearly pre-COVID speeds even with 99.9% of the workforce working from home.
They expect a lot from you. There will be personality conflicts (as there are everywhere), and the quality of your manager will determine the quality of the response. Once you get high enough in the rankings, promotions are very hard to come by.
Keep doing what you've been doing.
Your response to COVID-19 has been spot on, and your lifting the hiring freeze for African Americans to help level the playing field has been well received.
