- Slow progression of total compensation: base raises, RSUs, promotions.
- Performance reviews only once per year, which is poor for morale and sync with management.
- Speed up the promotion cycle for top performers.
- More regular performance reviews, at least twice per year, so employees know how they are doing better and how to improve.
