GPGPU is a promising area to work on, and NVIDIA is second to none in this area. There are lots of exciting projects, both closed and open source.

Very flexible work environment: people can choose freely to work remotely, which is not common for companies in China.

As stock prices go like crazy, the pay is competitive.
There's not much to complain about. One thing I can think of is that the office and canteen maybe need some improvement. Unlike other tech giants, there is no gym inside the office.
