The company itself is good (technology leader with GPU). For example, working in the USA office should be okay (but not in Russia).

In the Russian office, many layoffs happened every year. A developer was fired before me, and they did something terrible to me. Then, they fired a woman after me (but I told her in advance that layoffs happen often and without reason in the Russian office, and what she could do if it happened to her).

Stop treating people as garbage in the Moscow office! Don't fire good workers, but do something with the local mafia instead. In the Moscow office, all key positions are occupied by a group of people in collusion. These people feel okay, but they exploit others like slaves.

If I didn't have nightmares after working there for about two years, even after two or three years had passed, I would not be writing this. The nightmare is that if you don't pay tribute to the manager, then you will be flogged.

Seriously, in my team, there were about 8 members. In three years, they fired 4 out of 8 members. This was because there was a bad manager, but because of the mafia, the bad manager regularly conducted layoffs, trying to find workers worse than himself, leading to a kind of degradation.

Try to be sure that workers would not have nightmares. Also, don't expect people to work on weekends and about 50 hours per week. It looks annoying when some people (mostly management) work about 20 hours per week (because they are mafia) and everyone else has to work more than 50 hours per week.

Also, try to make usual things (like the possibility for travel) accessible to everyone in a similar way. I did travel to the USA office, and as a result, I paid for everything myself (for Avia tickets, for accommodation). During two years of my work, I didn't receive any compensation apart from salary and meals.
