Many great things to say, but a poor work/life balance
Excellent pay and benefits.
Agile and fluid shifts to meet market demands or anticipate demands for a company this size.
Strong upper management.
Mostly interesting technical work.
Culture.
Poor work/life balance. Some tedious, process-driven initiatives make the job boring. Always struggling to hire resources.

Never-ending tug-of-war with management, asking us to do more than we can and not allowing us the resources to accomplish it. So, there's always a letdown somewhere.

Need to get people to do more than tedious safety work. Trying to expand on our own always runs into the #1 problem.
