Exciting, but take care of your people
Work in a challenging environment where good enough is never enough. It is very exciting and challenging. You are always in competition, and to survive, this pushes you to constantly be better. Life is always exciting. When things are good, you are rewarded very well financially. Many people get the big cars and nice houses.
It's never good enough; you are always pushed and have to be going at 110%. This is difficult to always be going at. The benefits package is mediocre for anything other than stock. The HR team are pretty much idiots and can be replaced pretty quickly with rocks.
Think about the basic benefits, like medical and time off, to really treat people in a world-class manner.
