From an engineering perspective, it is an incredibly dedicated group of people trying to make the best product they can with the requirements laid out for the product. It's a bit slow at times from getting things done in ops and internal tooling, but I've worked with a more knowledgeable group of folk. The only reason I even left is because there wasn't an internal transfer for a position I was looking for, and I do regret not looking harder.
Marketing makes a lot of very questionable decisions that affect the reputation of the engineers. You really can't tell if some of the decisions being made are out of malice or incompetence, and the enterprise sector is so profitable that they'll never see any consequences.
