Managers in Bangalore are pathetic. They are kind of psycho. Maybe they are frustrated with life.
They hold regular meetings with everyone, just to tell some nonsense and illogical stories. They themselves don't do any productive work. Their attitude generally demotivates others also.
Open your eyes towards pathetic managers. Do some serious reviews, especially for managers. Because a bad employee wastes one resource of the company, but a bad manager ruins many resources of the company.
