Dynamic and friendly environment with talented people.
Traditional management system at a minor level.
I got my interview through the career fair at school. It took four basic questions on OS and coding, and then I got the interview. There were two rounds of phone interviews. The first one consisted of many basic C/C++ questions, as well as kernel/O
The engineers I interviewed with were friendly and respectful. However, negotiations on the position's level were not a positive experience. I do not believe they provide a fair assessment of the level based on a candidate's experience.
I just went through the first round phone interview. All technical questions. 1. What's the difference between a union and a struct in C? 2. How to find a node in a linked list (may have a loop). 3. How to judge if a number is a power of 2.
