Best thing I like in Nvidia is there is no discrimination between contract and permanent employees in terms of free food and cab facility.
Greatest strength of Nvidia is it's CEO "Jensen".
Onother good thing is Founder of this company is driving it as CEO. He will surely take company to next level in comming years. Already company is seeing exponential growth in terms of revenue.
