Very intelligent people and good projects so the learning curve is sharp.
I personally did not enjoy working with my mentor. She was probably mentoring for the first time. I felt she could have been a little more encouraging and patient. Nevertheless, it's a company where talent is valued.
Long working hours. However, I did not mind it as I enjoyed my work.
