Good company with no performance reward system
Interesting technology. Good benefits ($6000 RSPP match, good insurance, 15% ESPP).
The promotion system is broken. Don't join unless you have a good offer. It will be a few years before you are rewarded, no matter how well you perform or how well you try. WLB is what you choose. But even if you choose to work hard, there is no reward.
I am leaving just because I am tired of performance not being rewarded.
