Work hours do not exist, thus it is not unusual to work 10+ hour days every day.

Poor performing managers abuse their teams, resulting in high turnover.

The same poor performing managers would rather hire, train, and fire until they find a unicorn instead of building their team up.

Company culture has not been the same since remote work started.

Office politics.

Advice to Management

When multiple employees tell you something is wrong, listen.
