Very exciting environment, good work-life balance, focus on taking time for yourself. Many people are passionate about their work. It's an extremely collaborative environment; you can Slack virtually anyone, and they're usually likely to help. Overall, a great culture.
Amenities aren't as good as some other tech companies. For example, there's no gym and, while reasonably priced ($4-$12), meals are not free on campus.
