- Smart people who work hard but are always there to help.
- Clear vision of transitioning to AI and effective rebranding of the company to reflect that.
- Very open, collaborative environment.
- Fairly flexible work hours (this is rather group dependent, so your mileage may vary).
- Really nice amount of desk space (as far as I can tell, substantially more than those at other big tech firms). People seem to not mention this detail often in their reviews, but it makes such a giant impact on your ability to work comfortably and be productive.
- Free drinks and some snacks.
- Flexible PTO (this also can be a con).
Please improve the food! It doesn't even have to be free, but the quality really needs to get better. :(((
401k matching seems rather mediocre.
