I've been an intern for a couple of months. Overall, a really good experience:
A great team, a flat hierarchy, cool and up-to-date projects, and an exciting field to work in.
No free food at HQ. Compensation maybe slightly below average in the area.
Unorganized and unprofessional. The interviewer was in a gym during the interview and constantly pacing back and forth, making it exceedingly difficult to concentrate. Additionally, minimal technical questions were asked.
Recruiter reached out. Applied through referral. Had one phone round and am in the process for another phone round.
30 mins of general operating system questions, about page tables, memory, caches, latency, and kernals. Then 30 mins of a coding problem. Coding problem was about memory alignment in C.
